This whole article seems a bit biased to me. I suspect it may have been written by someone who would like to show Connexions in a positive light. In particular the line stating 'As a result they are a shining example, in theory as well as in practice, of joined up government at the level of delivery.'. I work for Connexions and myself, my colleauges and other agencies wouldn't agree with this line at all. Besides you can't prove that this is the case.
