Construct (Dungeons & Dragons)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, construct is a type of creature, or "creature type". Constructs are either animated objects, or any artificially constructed creature. Most constructs are non-intelligent automotons.

All constructs have low-light vision and darkvision. Constructs have a wide array of immunities, including being immune to: all mind-affecting effects, poison, sleep effects, paralysis, stunning, disease, death effects, and necromancy effects. They are also not subject to critical hits, nonlethal damage, ability damage, ability drain, fatigue, exhaustion, or energy drain.
