The Constitutionalist Party of Iran (Persian: حزب مشروطه ايران) is an Iranian monarchist party founded in 1994 (originally as the Constitutional Movement of Iran) and is based in exile. The goal of the party is to establish a liberal-democratic state in Iran in the form of a constitutional monarchy. It can be considered to have a center-right political orientation.
