Constitution Trail

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Constitution Trail is a walking and bicycling path located in McLean County, Illinois, that runs through the 'Twin Cities' of Bloomington and Normal.

[edit] Overview

Much of Constitution Trail is built on former Illinois Central Railroad property, now owned by the Town of Normal and the City of Bloomington.

This rail trail is extremely popular as a recreation destination for bikers, inline skaters, walkers, runners and skiers. It is an aesthetically pleasing feature of the Twin Cities, especially the area around the Camelback Bridge in Normal.
