Constance Menard (born May 17, 1968, in France) is a professional Dressage Rider, She is Graduate instructor from the french national school in Saumur. She started training with Michel Autran Ecuyer from the Cadre Noir in 2003.

She has been placed in more than 40 international Grand Prix (Dressage), and a member of the french team .

Constance is a natural born horsewoman, the daughter of Jacques Henri Menard a professional French dressage rider. Constance started her own career twenty years ago, choosing dressage as her forte after having practiced all horse riding disciplines. Constance has been a Grand Prix rider since 2001. She is a member of the French national team (7th place at the European Dressage Championships in Hagen in 2005). She is now training for the World Dressage Championships and the Olympic Games in Peking in 2008. For several years Constance maintained her own stables near Paris, before qualifying as riding instructor in 2005 after graduating from the national riding school at Saumur. She now lives in Saumur where she herself trains daily with her dressage coach Lt. Col. Michel Autran, ecuyer (riding master) of the Cadre Noir. Constance herself teaches students at riding schools all over Europe, including Geneva, Brussels, and Toulouse. Constance is a recognized judge at dressage competitions around France.

She won the Grand Prix Special of Vejer and Lipica, and has participated a the european championship at Hagen (Team 7th)
