Constable Neyla

Constable Neyla is a video game character from the Sly 2: Band of Thieves game by SuckerPunch productions.
[edit] History
Before ever setting foot in Sly 2: Band of thieves, Neyla grew up a poor child in New Delhi, India. She then scammed her way into a British university. Using her huge powers of gaining trust with anyone she speaks with, Neyla created a ring of friends to do her homework for her. She was then caught and busted by Interpol. Instead of arresting her, they thought that she could "get into the mind of the criminal", and offered her a job. This information is based on the Sly 2: Band of thieves manual.
After joining Interpol, Neyla was given the name Constable Neyla, and was partnered up with Carmelita Fox (even though Carmelita protested to this). Sly first saw Constable Neyla when Carmelita and her busted Sly in the museum on the Cairo mission in the introduction to Sly 2: Band of thieves. She then used her powers on Carmelita to distract her and mentioning the KLAWW Gang, which caught Sly's attention. After his escape, he set off to retrieve the Clockwerk parts.
In the first level, Sly unexpectedly meets Constable Neyla, saying that she wants to help. She handed him a key into Dimitri Lousteau's nightclub after a tireless chase across the rooftops. In episode two, when Sly sneaks into Rajan's ball, he uses Neyla to impress Carmelita. When this works, Sly then dances with her. While doing so, Neyla managed to get a picture of them dancing (although using this later on in the game). When Sly was at Rajan's temple, Neyla showed him where the secret entrance was to one half of the Clockwerk heart. Neyla showed her real side when she let Sly get hurt by Rajan's electrical shocks. After Rajan was defeated by Murray, Neyla then led police to the criminals. She also framed Carmelita for being an accomplice (using the picture she took earlier), so Sly, Murray, and Carmelita were arrested.
Neyla was attempting to take the Clockwerk parts in episode 5 and 6. When Sly, Bentley, and Murray were caught by Jean-Bison, they had somehow been knocked out and locked. Before the battle with Jean-Bison, it was revealed that Arpeggio had taken all the Clockwerk parts and reassembled them. The Cooper gang defeated Jean-Bison and hid in Arpeggio's battery. Later when Sly was taking some photos of things in Arpeggio's blimp, Neyla was aboard and was discovered that she was his protege'. When Arpeggio was getting toward Clockwerk's body, Neyla knocked him over. She jumped into Clockwerk and became Clock-la.
After destroying her power engines, she was weakened by Sly's shots. Neyla then kidnapped Bentley and Murray, forcing Sly to chase after her. When defeated in the air, Neyla crash landed in Paris. She was too weak to fly but was still alive. Murray pried open the mouth and revealed a hologram of Neyla's face. Bentley then took out the Hate Chip. The mouth then unexpectedly dropped on Bentley's legs (which is the cause of Bentley's paralysis in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves). Murray managed to get him out. Carmelita took the Hate Chip and destroyed it, and the parts became worthless. Constable Neyla's body had never been found.
Even though she doesn't appear as either Clock-La or as herself in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves as more than flashbacks, she had played a major role in bringing back Clockwerk and injuring Bentley. It looked for awhile as if Neyla would take the place of Carmelita as Sly's love interest.
Her weapon of choice is a whip. Neyla is an anthropormorphic tiger of unusual fur colors. Because of the bandana she wears around on her head, the red diamond in the center of her forehead, and being raised in India, Neyla looks as if she is a part of the Hindu religion.
