Consolidated Contractors International Company (3C) (Arabic: شركة اتحاد المقاولين), is a Construction Services company established in 1952 by Kamel Abdul-Rahman, Hasib Sabbagh, and Said Khoury in Lebanon. After the outbreak of the Lebanese War, his headquarters were transferred to Athens, Greece although its main operations remained in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Countries. It's regarded as one of the biggest companies in the Arab World by terms of revenues, and one of the most renowned in the field of oil and petrochemical facilities contracting. The company had a turnover of 2,735 million US$ in 2005, and employed 66,000 person.
