Route 103 is a state highway in Connecticut running from the Quinnipiac Meadows neighborhood in New Haven, through the the Montowese area of North Haven, ending at the town center of North Haven. The road runs closely parallel to Interstate 91 between Exits 8 and 11.

The section from Sackett Point Road to the northern terminus is also known as the American Legion, Murray-Reynolds Post #76 Memorial Highway
