Confey is a GAA club in Kildare, winner of the club of the year award in 2003.

Under-21 B Champions 1995. All Ireland Ladies F Junior finalists 1997. Leinster Intermediate Club F champions 1999. Ladies F Junior Champions (no senior championship at the time) 1998, 1999. Intermediate Champions 2005. Junior league winners 1997, 1999, 2000. U-21 Hurling Champions 2004 Intermediate Hurling champions 2002.

Confey was founded on February 27 1989., to serve the northern end of the burgeoning town of Leixlip. The club acquired six and a half acres near Cope Bridge in 1990, a playing field was opened in 1992 and the club complex was opened in 1998.

Confey under-12 hurlers won division four in 1992, three in 1994 and two in 1996

Confey fielded their first under-12 team in 1994 and have participated at most under-age level..Their facility at Cope Bridge was opened on May 16 1998. Confey are now senior in hurling

Confey qualified for the All Ireland intermediate club final in 1999, losing to Rockchapel of Cork. .They won two Kildare club championships in succession.
