• Major League Soccer (United States): 1997 MLS Cup winner (DC United), 1997 MLS Cup Runner Up (Colorado Rapids).

• Primera División de México (Mexico): 1998 Torneo Verano season winner (Toluca), 1997 Torneo Invierno season winner (Cruz Azul), 1997 Torneo Invierno (León).

• UNCAF Club Championship 1998 (Central America): Group A Central Zone winner (Saprissa), Group B Central Zone winner (Luis Angel Firpo), Central Zone playoff winner (Alajuelense)

• CFU Club Championship 1997 (Caribbean): Caribbean Zone invitee (Joe Public F.C.)
