This is {{Commonscat4R}} with the different category— 'matching' (name match) versus 'equalized' (Categories also match). The significance difference between the cats used is that this one means the editor hasn't equalized categories, sub-cats, etc. between the projects, thus it forms a Work-In-Progress To-Do list for the two to become fully equalized.
