                          Building a Commercial Building
When planning a to build a commercial building many issues have to be taken into account. This may often be very overwhelming and a big a headache. Heres a Step-by-step guide to commercial construction whic will hopefully alleviate your anxiety.

At first one would estimate according to his association type and size, which includes the amount of employees or participants, the size of equipment, and based on the type of business or association, what the dimensions of the building would need to be.

With the size of the building in square feet in mind, land must be purchased, of course allowing space for a garden or landscaping. This can be done via a real estate agent.
The next step would be to approximate the layout of the building again based on the aforementioned factors. For example, if it would be a school probably picture a few stories high and a long corrdir with classrooms on either side. The basement would be a cafeteria and the middle floor would feature a gym, auditorium, and extra curricular rooms, etc. And the same would be for any other association picture in your mind what the appropriate layout would be for you association. Once you pictured it sketch it on a peice of paper to the best of your ability labeling each room and approxamite size (in proportion to your total size which you figured out when purchasing land).

Once you sketched your blueprint, now comes the big step contacting a contstructionist. The contractor will ask you What type of association you are where your land is located when you need the building for, and last but not least, what approximate layout. And with a flourish out comes your ready-made blueprint. The cunstructing contractor will then polish up the blue print in a professional point of view and figure out the exact dimensions. Next he will give you a quoted price and you will sign contract. Next comes the fun part, he will get the entire team together and start building! Now you can heave a sigh of relief the building is up. But don't get too carried away because now comes the interior. Don't worry, that will be in my next article.
