Image created with two pictures and cropped to a smaller size. Top image : Downloaded from http://www.dennimedia.cz/filip-trojovsky-big-brother-tommy-hansen-muller-jogurt-reklama.jpg It is believed that photos such as this are in the public domain on the basis that they formed part of a 2005 advertising campaign by German dairy company Müller. The image was seen on German television and in the German press. The image, and others like it, was subsequently printed in German newspapers and on many German websites when the advert caused controversy.

It is a lower resolution image of an ended show, and it does not prevent the copyright owner to sell other promotional material if any exist.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.
