Comfort in Sound is the fourth full-length album by the British Rock band Feeder. It was released on October 21, 2002 on The Echo Label.

It was the first album to be released after Jon Lee's death.

The album got many highly rated reviews in the music press, and featured in many end of year lists. The album a year later helped them win "Best British Band" at the Kerrang! awards.

It is to date the band's best selling album, shifting 600,000 worldwide with about 80%+ of the sales from the UK. In Ireland the album made #27 charting 8 weeks in the top 75.

The album went Platinum in six months from it's release date, and re-entered the UK top 75 in January 2005 for a five week re-entry reaching #41. Its peak position is #6.

In 2005 the album was voted at #32 in Kerrang! magazines "Top 100 British Rock Albums of All Time" list.

The album also notably seen Feeder get promoted to the arena venues circuit in 2003, after selling 60,000 tickets on the initial tour of the album earlier in the year, in which every date was sold-out.

To celebrate Feeder's promotion to the arena level, the album was re-issued a week after the "Find The Colour" single with a bonus DVD of the albums videos and various live footage including the "Just a Day" video.
