"Come Out and Play (Keep 'Em Separated)" is a popular single by California punk rock group the Offspring. It was released in 1994 and appears on their third album Smash, from which it was the first single. This song is considered to be their breakthrough song, as it received widespread radio play.
The song discusses gun and gang violence in the context of a school campus. The lyrics proclaim, "Your never ending spree of death and violence and hate is going to tie your own rope."
The song's instrumental version is well-known for a guitar solo which sounds like a sitar.
The first part of the song's title, Come Out And Play, is a reference to a line in the movie The Warriors
This track is also notable for being the entrance music of the wrestler Raven during his tenures in ECW, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling & ROH. It was also featured in the movie Monkeybone.
This song was covered by Richard Cheese on his 2000 album, Lounge Against the Machine and his 2006 album, The Sunny Side of the Moon.
The guitar hook is also alluded to by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes on Ruin Jonny's Bar Mitzvah in the song Hava Nagila.
