Come By Chance is a town on the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It is in Division No. 1 on Placentia Bay.
The only oil refinery - North Atlantic Refining Company with a capacity of 115,000 barrels / day in Newfoundland is located in this town.
