My name is James and I live in Basildon in South Essex. I was born (21/08/81) here and have lived here all my life. It's not worth visiting so don't plan a holiday around it or anything like that. In my spare time (what there is of it) I spend time on the PC (either the net or playing Championship Manager), I listen to music, occassionally watch films or TV, I'm a Special Constable for Essex Police and my favourite past time involves football. I support Colchester United and often go to watch them. I also like reading up on football history or just watching it on TV. I love watching England play too. I'll go in to all of this in more detail below.
I have been using Wikipedia since roughly October 2005 and started contributing to it in December 2005. I used it to look up some information on one of my favourite bands, Kraftwerk, and was very impressed with the quality of the site. With my interest in football I decided I'd see what I could do on a few of the pages.
