This is in the French Quarter, I think looking away from the river from Decatur Street-- St. Louis Street? If not within a couple blocks of there; I can't quite read any of the signs in the photo. -- Infrogmation 20:38, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)

This looks to me like Conti Street, looking toward the river from Royal Street. Off to the left (not shown) would be the Wildlife & Fisheries Building. Off to the right (not shown) would be the 8th District police station. Immediately to the left of the yellow building (middle) is the "mouth" of Exchange Alley. I'm 2000 miles away right now, and going from memory. -- Muffuletta 11:42, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
