Columbus Blue Birds
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Columbus Blue Birds were a professional baseball team based in Columbus, Ohio in 1933. The team was one of the five founder members of the second incarnation of the Negro National League. They proved too weak for the League and were merged with a non-league team from Akron to form the Cleveland Giants, which finished the season.
