Colonial Road, SR 3017, is a four mile long road. The southern terminus is at US 22. A major intersection is with Pennsylvania Route 39, about one mile from its northern terminus, which ends just past South Carolina Drive, at the base of Blue Mountain (which is just to the east of the Susquehanna River Gap).
