Colin Murphy (born April 11, 1980 in Fort McMurray, Alberta) is a Left Winger currently playing in the American Hockey League (AHL) for the Toronto Marlies. He wears number forty-four, weights 195 pounds, and is five-feet and eleven inches tall.

As of April 18, 2006, Colin Murphy has 34 points in 53 games with 44 penalty minutes and is a -2 rating.

Over time he has shown great potential, putting together 54 goals and 152 points across four NCAA seasons with Michigan Tech. This was across 145 games, putting him at a point a game pace.

He was the first player to score for the Toronto Marlies.
