Colin Marrison (born. September 23, 1985 in Sheffield) is an English footballer, who plays for Sheffield United in the position of Striker.

Marrison is a powerfully built but mobile centre-forward. He made two appearances for United in season 2005-06, both in the League Cup against Shrewsbury Town and Reading respectively.

He went out on loan to Bury on January 12, 2006 where he made 16 appearances for the Shakers. Bury were deducted one point after being found guilty of fielding an ineligible player (Marrison) against Lincoln City on April 15 2006. His loan spell should have ended with Bury on April 8 2006.^[1]

Marrison has also had loan spells at non-league sides Leigh RMI and Hinckley United.

In season 2006-07, he has been a regular in United's Reserves 'B' and was an unused substitute in the Blades Reserves 'A' match against Middlesbrough. He has made one appearance for the First Team as a substitute in a Carling Cup tie with Bury at Bramall Lane on September 19, 2006.

Along with team-mates James Ashmore and Ryan Gyaki, Marrison played as a trialist for Yeovil Town against Welton Rovers in the Somerset Premier Cup on October 3, 2006.
