The Col de l'Iseran is the highest mountain pass (2770 meters above sea level) in the Alps, part of the French Graian Alps, near the border with Italy.
The highest paved road (end-to-end) of the Alps is the Col de la Bonette (2802 m), which strictly speaking is not a pass since it is an extension of the Col de Restefond (2715 m) which makes a turn around the Cime de la Bonette (2860 m).
