[edit] Independent?

Somaliland is not independent. It is not even recognised as a state. I have edited the article to reflect this. --Ezeu 02:23, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

Ezeu, Somaliland is an independent country. It covers the same area of territory as the British Somaliland Protectorate, therefore Somaliland should be admitted into full membership of the Commonwealth of Nations. - (192.190.108.19 07:38, 2 May 2006 (UTC))
