Should 156.63.169.2 's edit, adding "Marshall" before "Court" be reverted? I'm tracking vandalism from this IP, but not all of the edits have been vandalism. [[User:GK|gK ¿?]] 16:09, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)

No, Marshall refers to the Chief Justice presiding over the case in Supreme Court. It makes the article more specific, and should therefore stay. However, the grammar is a little questionable... 14 Oct 2005
