The Cogeco Community Channel is a local cable television channel based in Windsor, Ontario, seen on cable channel 11 on Cogeco systems in Windsor, Leamington, and most of Essex County.
The station usually airs average fare for a public access community channel, such as news, city council meetings, and interviews with viewers.
When there is no programming, the station broadcasts live images from atop the Cogeco cable transmitter (500 feet in height), with advertisements to the left and bottom, and simulcasting audio from CKLW.
