I noticed that you uploaded this image with a {{fairuse}}, but did not supply a rationale for why you consider this to qualify as fair use. Please supply that rationale, or the image may be deleted. Thanks. Guettarda 21:11, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Supreme Court talk
I had posted to answer your question on the Supreme Court of the United States talkpage -- but before I was able to post the response, the question was gone, so I guess you figured it out for yourself. Just in case you need it, my response was: "A retired Justice is a Justice who has retired from active service on the Court, and has met certain requirements for minimum age and length of service. The box lists retired Justices who are still alive, of which, at the moment, Justice O'Connor is the only one. If you have any further questions, please ask here or on my talk page." - Yeah, thanks I didn't read over the whole talk page before posting and I immediately understood the redundancy of my question. Thanks for the quick reply though. --Cody.Pope 21:05, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

- FYI, there's further discussion on related topics on the talk page for List of Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States and at senior status. Newyorkbrad 21:13, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
