Talk:Codemasters

Codemasters should bring back the Dizzy games!
Could someone please be on the lookout for an unregistered user (going by the IP address 82.32.5.17) making unqualified changes and deletions to the page and its sections.
Apologies, but I found 1/3 of the article was pretty irrelevant, concerned with Consolevania not codemasters. Given that you also added very similar information to Ultimate/Rare maybe this should be linked to rather than inlined?
- Honestly, the anon is right. Most of this information should be trimmed down. Andre (talk) 03:38, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
this consolemania nonesense doesnt belong on this page, please someone remove it. These guys are no bodies who are trying to make themselves notable. Same goes for the rare page.
Who EXACTLY are you? You're unregistered that's for sure. I don't think it's really on for someone who doesn't want to register, to go suggesting that other users delete information. You could well be the same person who actually suggested that the whole Consolevania entry be deleted, because their production wasn't notable. I think you'll find that "no bodies" are not people that manage to create currently the world's most successful video show on gaming, and get TWO series commissions from the BBC off the back of this.
This whole entry on Codemasters is pretty slim at this stage and has been for a while. Why don't you add the kind of background detail that other games companies have written about them (once you've registered that is)? That's the only reason this mention of Consolevania seems so prominent to you. Or do you perhaps have another agenda, Mr IP address 87.194.7.162? Were you also responsible for removing the information about how Codemasters were using Starforce copy protection on their PC games and the critism surrounding that? Are you perhaps a member of staff of the said company, maybe even part of their PR department?
I might only think the latter because of how close your posting was a seperate entry addition you made about the PSP version of Cannon Fodder. This comes just hours after the news of this was made public. Of course it would a be dead giveaway if you'd done this BEFORE the official announcement was made.

im having trouble understanding your incoherent ramblings, I found there was a PSP version released on british gaming blog, so feeling nostalgic about my old favourite amiga game i notice the PSP section is missing so I write 2 lines of information. I check Codemasters page via a link on Cannon Fodder to see these 3 kids challenging Codemasters to a fight in the back of a car park. These guys are unknown by most people on the internet let alone in the world and they seem to get their jollies from mocking companies and trying to prove how "hard" you are, so I suggest the tripe be deleted. The 3 ugly amigos article should either be on the consolemania page, or deleted outright as it is non notable, just some people attention seeking.
Hi everyone. I've neatened up the whole Consolevania section, it looked messy and contained too many unknowns and assumptions. It now reads much better and is more encyclopedic in style. Just one image was fine. Remember to sign your posts! as it helps with making sense of a discussion. BillPP 01:24, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
