[edit] The Price Is Right
Any idea how to get access to that summary of Price on TV.com? That thing needs edited -- it's got several inaccuracies in it (although it is considerably better than most descriptions of that sort). -TPIRFanSteve 00:48, 14 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism?
Dear C, what kind of net connection do you have? If you have a dialup connection, you're going to get a different IP every time you connect. If you have a static IP, and that WAS your IP, then it's possible that kids at your house decided to vandalize for a lark. As long as it doesn't happen again ... Zora 20:42, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: screenshots of web pages
To take screenshots I don't need any additonal software. All I do is put either Firefox or Internet Explorer in full screen mode (press F11 to go in this mode) and press the "Print Screen" key to take a screenshot of what is on the screen. Then I can paste that image into Paint. By default Paint will save the image as BMP but you can change this when you are on the "Save As" dialog. --Thorpe | talk 19:27, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Tristan da Cunha
I created the map by using some of the other country location maps created by other users. It isn't really that good- but it's better than nothing! Are you looking to create another one? Astrotrain 22:33, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] PSP UMD Movies List
Why are you deleting the list? I mean, that is a LOT of time being contributed from other users and it's about to be gone. Why?--Ideal4real 00:54, 19 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Phantom ring prod notification
I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Phantom ring, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Phantom ring. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ~ Amalas rawr =^_^= 16:14, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Go raibh maith agat!
Thank you so much for supporting my RfA! It ended up passing and I'm rather humbled by the support (and a bit surprised that it was snowballed a day early!). Please let me know if I can help you out and I welcome any comments, questions, or advice you wish to share.

[edit] MLB seasons
There's been a loooong discussion about the 2005 articles, and it was decided that as long as the year in baseball articles are of a reasonable length (they're nearly all under 32K), separate articles for MLB seasons shouldn't be created. The 2005 in baseball article will be trimmed to something under 50K at some point, and the articles will likely be merged when that happens. The point is that it hardly makes sense for readers to have to look at two pages for what is largely the same info. MisfitToys 20:05, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] On the Spot
Right now I'm requesting a page move to get On The Spot moved over to On the Spot. I made a new article for the pricing game (On the Spot (pricing game)). After the sysop swaps the pages, everything should be good. Right now, my edits to the various related articles might seem a bit confusing... --- RockMFR 03:25, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Chicago Bears template
I would agree to that on the situation that the seasons template can be hidden somehow since the Bears have played so many seasons, and people would choose if they would like to view it just as the National football league seasons template. --Happyman22 22:32, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bryan Pata
In general, college players don't meet our notability requirements. If there are players which are here which fail the BIO requirements, it's only because nobody has gotten around to doing anything about it. Trying to claim that an article should be kept because there are otheres equally as bad isn't a very powerful argument. :) User:Zoe|(talk) 00:43, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Jagexlogo.gif)
Thanks for uploading Image:Jagexlogo.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
I assume you don't actually care, but I'm doing this as a formality. -Amarkov blahedits 05:15, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
