Hello. I notice that you have continued to replace lists of coaches and minor administrators in the Kell High School article. I am concerned that these lists are not encyclopedic; they do not demonstrate the notability of these individuals. Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information, and this level of detail may not be appropriate for an encyclopedia article. If you have some rationale for the inclusion of these lists, such as a reliable third-party source showing that all of these individuals are noteworthy, I invite you to make that clear on the article's talk page or cite your sources within the article itself. Please refrain from adding the lists to the article without any attempt at such discussion or citation. Thank you. Shimeru 01:21, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

Irrelevant. We need reliable sources for including information, and the information needs to be noteworthy and verifiable. I'm guessing it could be verified through school publications, at least -- but that doesn't address the issue of whether the information is important to the article or not. Let me put it this way: Why are the coaches important? Are there any sources, like newspaper articles, saying so? (These sources would need to be independent of the school -- a student handbook or school paper doesn't work for this purpose.) I don't feel the inclusion of this information adds anything to the article. Can you show that it's relevant? Have all of these coaches and minor administrators, for instance, received some sort of notable award or commendation? Also, on a side note, you should beware of potential conflicts of interest, since you attend the school. Shimeru 01:47, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

If you go to the kell website and look under athetics then you will see the coaches. also mot of our coaches and administrators are legends themselves

The school's website is not an independent source. I'm afraid that could easily be seen as self-promotion. If they are "legends," then they're worthy of being included, and it shouldn't be difficult to find an independent newspaper article, interview, television show, or the like that says so.
