Coat of arms of the Uzbek SSR

The coat of arms of the Uzbek SSR was adopted on February 14, 1937 by the government of the Uzbek SSR. The emblem was changed in 1992 to the present Uzbekistan coat of arms, which retains many parts of the old Soviet one.
