Cyclophosphamide Methotrexate Fluorouracil (CMF) is a commonly used regimen of cytostatica, and is one of the more toxic regimens used. It is named for the three medicines that comprise the therapy: cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, and 5-fluorouracil.

A combination of medicines is used to prevent problems concerning tumor-resistance against one of the single medicines. An even better result is accomplished by adding another substance like trastuzumab or docetaxel.
