Club Tattoo

Club Tattoo was originally founded in 1995 by Sean Dowdell and Chester Bennington, who had both recently graduated from high school, and were in the band Grey Daze at the time. The original Club Tattoo was set up in their hometown in Arizona, and the chain now has 3 locations, another in Tempe, AZ, and a further in Mesa, AZ. The club has 16 tattoo artists and 6 body piercers, as well as several members of support staff - all have won numerous awards both locally and internationally for their work.

As well as tattooing and body piercing, Club Tattoo also boasts the largest selection of body jewelry in the Southwest of the US, and have a full clothing store with specialised items on sale. the chain has been voted as 'Best Tattoo and Body Piercing studio' in the Arizona Republic & Gazette, The Rep, and Get Out Magazine for the past 6 years. Club Tattoo is now in full partnership with Sean and Thora Dowdell and Chester Bennington.

Club Tattoo has locations in Tempe and Mesa, Arizona.

Club Tattoo regularly runs music and exhibition events, and for the past few years has hosted a "Club Tattoo Anniversary Party" which includes live music from local bands, and is open to over-21's.

2005's party took place on March 30th - the headlining band was Bucket of Weenies, with other performances by Dirty Heads, Phunk Junkeez, Signal To Noise and Steve Haworth's Life Suspended - also attending were Alien Ant Farm and DJ Switch. A silent auction was held later in the evening to benefit the Tsunami Victims Relief Fund.

The 2006 party was held on April 22nd, which included performances from Bucket of Weenies, Fort Minor, Story of the Year, Julien-K, DJ Z-Trip, Dirty Heads and Wicked Wisdom.
