Club Social, Cultural y Deportivo Blooming is a Bolivian football club from Santa Cruz, founded on May 1, 1946. Their team colours are sky blue, blue and white, and they play at the Ramón "Tahuichi Aguilera" (40,000 places).

The club was represented in the Bolivian squad at the 1994 FIFA World Cup by Modesto Soruco and Jaime Moreno. Other famous players include Juan Carlos Sánchez, Milton Melgar, Horacio Baldessari, Silvio Rojas, Juan Manuel Peña, Víctor Hugo Antelo, Limberg Gutiérrez and Joselito Vaca.
