Club Atlético Acassuso are a football club from San Isidro in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. They currently play in Primera C Metropolitana, which is the regionalised fourth tier of the Argentine Football Association league system.

The club were given a place in the Amateur AAF league in 1932 because many of the major clubs had left the league to form a breakaway proffessional league. The club finished in 11th and 10th, before the league was disbanded in 1934. It was their only spell in top flight football.
