I rated this article as B class. IMHO, it needs the following:

  • A "background" section to move the citations out of the introduction,
  • Consolidation of the media reports section with the vote fraud allegations section,
  • A review of the pre-2005 articles regarding Mr. Curtis,
  • A check in a few weeks for any relevant election wrap-up coverage,
  • A discussion of Mr. Curtis's role as a blog celebrity and of bradblog's role in publicizing Mr. Curtis, to the extent they can be verified by reliable sources, and
  • A discussion of Mr. Curtis' role in testifying to the Democratic congresspeople, his affidavit, and other 2004-2005 notable events.

Once those are done, I recommend:

  • A thorough review for POV and BLP issues, probably with a WP:BLP note and a biography RFC,
  • A peer review.
