Clinton David 'Clint' Moffat was a fictional character in the UK soap opera Brookside. He first appeared along with his brother, Robbie when they met Jacqui Dixon and Katie Rogers on Jacqui's hen week in Benidorm. Clint and Robbie later came to the close. Robbie began dating Jacqui, not long after her aborted wedding to Nathan Cuddington and Clint began seeing Katie. In December 2000 he suffered a broken arm in a car crash which resulted from Tim O'Leary speeding in a stolen Volkswagen Golf and hitting a parked car. His brother Robbie fled the scene unharmed, as did Timothy, but Mike Dixon was badly injured in the crash and did not fully recover for almost a year.
Clint was shot dead in May 2001 when he tried to stop Robbie from burgling Ron, his ex-girlfriend's father.
