I think we should minimize the "instructions" section. As a template, it should be as clean and minimal as possible. Mind if I revert the revert? - PatrickFisher 22:25, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

The question is how we can get people to actually list the pages they use this template on. This is not as important here as it is on Template:Notenglish, but we should make sure people know that the template alone doesn't help very much. I don't know if anybody actually checks Category:Wikipedia articles needing cleanup after translation. So, I do mind. I think the instructions are fine, we should just make sure the template doesn't stay on the pages for so long (some articles have been tagged for a very long time, unfortunately).
