"Clever Sleazoid" is the 20th single released by the Japanese rock group Dir en grey, and the first single of the post-Withering to Death. era. The title track is followed by three live recordings of songs from the aforementioned album, performed during the band's It Withers and Withers tour. It will be featured on the band's next album, The Marrow of a Bone, along with "Ryoujoku no Ame" and "Agitated Screams of Maggots".
