Cleve Hughes (Born January 15, 1987) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League, who currently plays for the Richmond Football Club.

Cleve was drafted in 2005 by Richmond in the 2004 National Draft using pick 24. While only 19, Cleve is touted as a future star for the Richmond Football Club, as his ability to play a Key Position role, such as Center Half Forward may fix Richmond's future forward problems, with the retirement of 31 year old key forward Matthew Richardson looming. Hughes was drafted from Norwood, in South Australia.
