Clements Café
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Clements Café is the name of a chain of coffee houses in Belfast, Ireland.
The name Clements originated from Pope Clement VIII, who was known to consume coffee regularly and oversaw the creation of many coffee houses throughout Rome. Clements Café was established in 1999 on Botanic Avenue, and has since opened several houses throughout Belfast on Lisburn Road, Great Victoria Street, and Stramillis Road.
Baristas representing Clements Café won first and second place in the 2004 UK Barista Championships.[1]
