The Cleansing of the Nine Houses are the events during the aftermath of the Great Sith War, when, after the repentance of Ulic Qel-Droma, and the death/ascencion of Exar Kun, the Old Republic hunted down and bloodily purged the remnants of the Sith Brotherhood. It is part of the Dark Horse Great Sith War series of comic books in the Expanded Universe of Star Wars.
