The term "regal" is in this very case mistranslated, as "Regal" does not refer to a board to put things onto (to order etc.). In fact, in this very case it refers to a privilige given by a king using the water for mining. Please correct this. --Wendelin 19:32, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
