Claviere is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km west of Turin, on the border with France. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 176 and an area of 2.7 km2.[1]

Claviere borders the following municipalities: Cesana Torinese, Montgenèvre (France).
