Claughton, Wirral

Claughton is a district in Birkenhead on the Wirral Peninsula in England, boasting a few small shops, and local pubs such as the "Claughton Hotel", the "Houllihan's Variety Club" and the "Heather Brow". It has many amenities nearby, and is a stone's throw from the beautiful Birkenhead Park. Claughton Village is also home to Birkenhead Sixth Form College.

Claughton Village lies on the A5027 road, which continues on westbound to Saughall Massie and joins the A553 towards Birkenhead.

Claughton is also home to the successfull Sunday League team Claughton Village Hotel who currently play in the Houlihans Birkenhead Sunday League.
