Claude Tousignant (born 1932) is a Canadian artist.

Born in Montreal, Quebec, he studied at the School of Art and Design of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts from 1948 to 1952.

In 1976, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada. In 1989, he won the Quebec government's Prix Paul-Émile-Borduas.
