From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Claire's Unnatural Twin is a New Zealand band featuring Claire Pannell (previously of Froithead) and Dave White (previously of Thin Red Line and Lung), originally from Palmerston North. Heavy on distortion and feedback, this guitar and vocal group release two albums, two EPs, and two singles in the mid 1990s. The band's abrasive music and attitude, along with the seldom-disguised acronym for their name (see K-Tel EP below), made any chance of radio-play beyond the more extreme reaches of campus radio non-existent.
