CKMM is a Canadian radio station broadcasting a CHR format in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is known as Hot 103.

Hot 103 often ranks among the highest in ratings. It has the #1 morning show in almost every demographic ranging from 12-54, as well as in the daytime, making it one of the most listened to radio stations in the city.

The radio station known as HOT 103 first started broadcasting in Winnipeg as CKWG, with a near free-form format. The call signs have changed quite a bit over the years, from CHZZ to CKLU and then finally to CKMM. CKMM re-launched with a CHR format as HOT 103 on New Year's Eve 1998.
