CJLO is Concordia University's radio station, a volunteer-run non-profit. Formed in 1998 from the merger of CRSG and CFLI, CJLO broadcasts from near the center of the Loyola campus. From early 2003, CJLO has been streaming 7 days a week. It strives to offer a variety of music and talk programming, including many different musical styles, and also hosts events throughout Montreal to help promote and support the community and musicians.

CJLO currently broadcasts over the Internet; a license has been approved for it to broadcast on the AM band, at 1690 AM, and CJLO is currently building a tower and transmitter in order to do so. AM broadcasting is expected to begin on 6 January 2007.
