Civitella Paganico is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Grosseto in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 90 km south of Florence and about 30 km northeast of Grosseto. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,052 and an area of 192.7 km2.[1]
The municipality of Civitella Paganico contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Civitella Marittima and Paganico.
Civitella Paganico borders the following municipalities: Campagnatico, Cinigiano, Montalcino, Monticiano, Murlo, Roccastrada.
